Hey! I’m Katelyn (Kat) Walkington. I’m a graphic designer and illustrator. Over the years I have had great freelance work including website building, poster design, and logo development. Since graduating from the MFA program at Pratt Institute — Brooklyn in 2019, I have had wonderful opportunities working in the architectural realm as an Environmental Branding Designer in Chicago, and currently, I am at Marvel Entertainment as a Graphic Designer on a range of comic books!

I am all about fun exploration with my designs. I begin every design process with sketching, sketching, and more sketching. I think getting 20-30 quick process sketches down allows me to narrow in on the design and ultimately come up with even better outcomes.

When I’m not designing you can find me playing video games, playing board games, reading, drinking plenty of iced coffee, and rewatching Seinfeld.
